At SMUR, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, pop-ups, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • SMUR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Delays & Lost Packages

SMUR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact.thesmur@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

SMUR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.thesmur@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
